Description

Interrupted Fern is a native deciduous fern found in central and eastern parts of Canada and the U.S.A around upland forests whose climate is moist to rather dry. This plant is clump forming. It has fertile leaflets that develop in the middle of fronds. It provides shelter for small mammals.
