Also known as "x Cuprocyparis leylandii". Fast-growing, upright, needled evergreen tree. Has scaly reddish brown bark and attracive splays of gray-green needles. It works well as screening, hedge plant, or windbreak, but must be pruned regularly to maintain a tidy appearance.
