Burford Holly is drought and heat tolerant and easily transplanted, but has pest problems. Burdford Holly is fast growing, dense, and can become a rounded large shrub, small tree (when lower branches are removed), or hedge. This plant has been used as foundation planting, but must be severely pruned.
