What to look for:

This garden was designed to accommodate shade-loving plants and provide a walkway for viewing.  One enters the "Wild Side" garden through the arch covered with American wisteria and finds various ground covers, ferns, perennials and shrubs. Several large trees provide the area with dappled shade. The walkway is mulch to keep weeds down and provide a comfortable walking path. The garden "bed" of shady plants was created from an upcycled brightly painted wooden child's bed frame. It is planted with coleus and impatiens plants that contrast nicely with the purple-blue of the container. The boots contain a creeping fig. Hostas and ferns are planted nearby.
