Phonetic Spelling
miss-KANTH-us sih-NEN-sis ah-DAH-jee-oh
Description

'Adagio' is a dwarf grass and is probably the shortest of the Miscanthus cultivars. The foliage is narrow and the flowers are consistent through August then remains erect into the winter months providing wonderful interest during the winter season. This plant is a good choice for a small landscape on the other hand, this plant may become invasive since the seeds are spread by the wind unless an individual uses mulch to reduce the chances.
