Description

Beautiful, compact, low growing shrub that has knock-out orange to scarlet fall foliage.  Showy fragrant white blooms April through May.  It has an upright habit with spreading branches; drought tolerant; will tolerate wet soils; may sucker to form a colony; native to coastal plains of southern US.  Works well as a specimen plant or grouped in masses into an informal small hedge.
