Hydrangea macrophylla 'Lemon Daddy'

This plant has low severity poison characteristics.
See below
Description

Lemon Daddy Hydrangea is a compact shrub with yellow to chartreuse foliage and grows 3-4 feet tall and wide. In summer large rounded showy clusters of white flowers mature to either light pink or blue depending on the soil pH. (Blue in acidic soil). Flowers bloom on old and new wood so repeat blooming occurs throughout the summer.

Plant in humus-rich well-drained moist soils in partial sun to dappled shade. Works great as a specimen, in a hedge, a foundation planting or as an accent plant.
