Other Common Name(s):

- Phonetic Spelling

- Description
-
White lace-cap hydrangea with upright branching on sturdy stems that rarely needs pruning. Provide this shrub with moist fertile soil and afternoon shade. It is tolerant of various soil types as long as they are amended with compost. The more sun it gets the more water it needs. Once established in 2 years this shrub becomes more drought tolerant.
This hydrangea blooms with very large lace-cap blooms in June through September. The attractive foliage is blue-green and the stout stems won't droop after a hard rain. Use in a shrub border or as a specimen.
