Description

Ambrosia mexicana, or Jerusalem Oak Gooseleaf, is a flowering annual herb native to the Mediterranean region. It is a member of the genus Chenopodium, which contains about 150 individual species of herbaceous perennial or annual flowering plants.  Ambrosia grows best in medium moist fertile soils in sunny positions, but is considered weedy.
