Other Common Name(s):

Phonetic Spelling
ag-ah-STA-kee
Description

'Purple Haze' Giant Hyssop is a hybrid cultivar with blue-purple flowers in the mint family. The spikes of flowers create a bluish-purple hazy especially when several are planted together. Bloom time is early summer to fall.

Plant in very well-drained soil in full sun. Raised beds or containers provide drainage if you have heavy clay soil. Use near the front of the border of a native/pollinator garden and watch as the pollinators flock to the flowers.
