Sweet Talker viburnum is a semi-evergreen to evergreen cultivar in the Viburnaceae family bred by Dr. Tom Ranney of NCSU at the Mountain Horticultural Crops Research Station. Parentage is V. x bodnantense x V. suspensum..

It is heat-tolerant, viburnum beetle-resistant, reasonably tolerant of deer and highly salt-tolerant. If pruning is needed, do so no later than June, as it blooms on old wood
In spring, small pink tubular flowers appear with a spicy-sweet fragrance. Leaves are glossy green and turn burgundy in the fall.
