Stemless Townsend Daisy is a perennial wildflower found in semidesert areas, woodlands, foothills, and open areas in North America.  It is in the daisy family and has bright showy white ray flowers with yellow disk centers.  The plants are quite short and hug the ground with their furry gray-green leaves..
