Paul Neyron is a hybrid perpetual shrub in the rose family (Rosaceae) bred by Antoine Levet (père) of France in 1869. Parentage is Victor Verdier × Anna de Diesbach.
This vigorous rose grows 4-7 feet tall and spreads 3-4 feet wide in an upright linear form. Plant in full sun in amended well-drained moist soil. Prune in late winter to early spring.
The pink flowers with lilac shading are 6-7 inches across with 40-50 petals. It blooms most of the summer and some in the fall. The light green leaves are on nearly prickle-free canes.
Use this shrub in the back of the border, in small groups or in a cutting or cottage garden.
