Outta the Blue is a shrub rose with a slightly rounded habit. It will produce clusters of magenta flowers swirled with gold that will age to a lavender blue. Each 4" plus flower typically has 25 to 30 petals in a scalloped bloom form. Some may have up to 50 petals.
Blooms have a strong clove and tea rose fragrance. A sweet, spicy aroma.
