Description

Golden Mop is a needled evergreen shrub from Asia. It slowly grows to 5 feet tall and wide with a rounded to conical form but may take 10 years to reach 2 feet in height. The yellow-green foliage is pendulous and whip-like and holds its color throughout the year. It prefers sun to partial shade and well-drained moist average soils. Tolerates some drought once established.

Use this shrub in rock gardens, foundation plantings, for winter interest or as a specimen.
