Hare's Ear is an annual in the carrot family possible from Asia grown in the garden for the unusual flowers and nice foliage. They make good cut flowers for flower arrangements. Blooming occurs from summer to fall.
Grow in average moist to dry well-drained soils in full sun to partial shade. Growing 1-2 feet tall, they can be used in the front to middle of the flower border. They will self-seed if not deadheaded.
