Description

Evergreen Rose Hazel is an evergreen flowering shrub in the witch hazel family.  It is winter hardy in North Carolina, but if a cold winter hit, it will drop its flower buds.  Its many petaled flowers are gorgeous in the winter when little else is blooming.
