Description

Daniel Weeks ginger lily is one of the longest blooming ginger lilies flowering from late July or early August until frost with showy blooms in shades of yellow to gold or white to orange on flower spikes that can reach up to 4 feet tall.  This ginger lily can grow quickly to form a 3-4 foot wide clump in two years.  Plant in full sun to part shade in consistently moist, rich soil.  In the early evening, the flowers fill the air with a honeysuckle fragrance.
