This is a late spring and summer bulb. It tolerates temperatures above 50 degrees F. Plant the bulbs 8 inches (20 cm) deep. Orange is a common color. Full morning sun is best with all day sun acceptable.
Different Eucrosia species (similar but varying traits) bulbs will have different colors and sizes. Each will have a different name.
Hardiness: Tender II - injured below 50 degrees F (10 degrees C)
Storage: Check instructions for the variety and species for winter storage. After recommended preparation, storage in a cool, not freezing, dry place is recommended. Check for Discard any that shrivel or rot periodically.
