Description

Rosa 'AUSwalker' is a free flowering shrub growing with an upright habit.  The flower buds are pointed, ovoid and rounded.  Its flowers have more than 40 petals and are yellow with cream to white outer petals.  Specimens have flowers with blooms boasting up to 170 petals.  The flowers which appear mostly solitary in small clusters have a mild, spice, tea fragrance.

With time and patience, this variety can be trained as a climbing rose.

Avoid overhead watering, but water deeply and on a regular basis.  Good air circulation around the plant is beneficial.  Don't plant in sites where roses have been planted in the past.

Insects, Diseases, and Other Plant Problems:  Has some susceptibility to powdery mildew.
