Description

Siebold's Wood Fern is a slow-growing evergreen fern with short creeping rhizomes from Asia. The leathery triangular blue-green fronds like to spread in dappled woodland shade.  Once established, it is fairly drought and heat tolerant.  It is evergreen to about 5 degrees F.

This fern is easy to grow in partial to full shade in well-drained, humus-rich, moist soil. Plant in a woodland setting, in a pot or small spaces.
