Vibrant orange flowers make this bulb stand out. It is commonly used as a houseplant but can be mas planted planted outdoors in mild climates along a border or walkway.
When grown as container plants, give it at least 25% shade in the summer. For proper flower properly, they should be kept in a lighted area and receive 8-10 weeks a 50-60 degrees F (10-16 degrees C) in the fall or early winter. This plant tolerates drought well.
