This herbaceous perennial can be grown in up to 6 inches of water during the summer; gradually introduce to aquatic life; full sun to partial shade in 5 gallon pots. Cut the foiliage and remove the pots in the fall to store the rhizomes in a frost free area for the winter. Needs rich soil.
