Sloped Front Yard

This home in Henderson, NC was new to the present owners in 2013.  They inherited a number of mature trees and shrubs including the azaleas and from that starting point, they have added many new plantings. The steep front yard is dotted with beds of shrubs to provide a break in the large space. Many flowering trees bring a vertical dimension to the landscape. The stream bed is lined with rocks to manage erosion.
