Poolside Garden

This garden is planted between a garage and the concrete walkway around an inground pool so it is in the sun during the day with reflected heat from the hardscape around it. Masonry edgers are used to define the garden.

Planting around any type of hardscape will increase the heat factor and one should choose plants that are drought tolerant once established and can take the heat.
